These Billing Terms & Conditions explain how payments are processed when you place an order with Splurge Furniture. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the billing practices described below. Please read them together with our other store policies before placing your order.
We accept major credit and debit cards, which are processed securely through Stripe. Accepted cards typically include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. The payment options shown at checkout are the methods currently available for your order.
All prices, fees, and charges on our website are listed and processed in United States Dollars (USD). Any currency conversion that your bank or card issuer applies is outside our control and may affect the final amount charged to your account.
The full amount of your order, including any applicable shipping charges, is authorized and captured when you place your order. You will not be charged separately at the time of shipment unless we contact you about a change to your order.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing details, including your name, billing address, and payment card information. By submitting your order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total order amount.
Payments are processed by Stripe in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Sensitive card data is handled directly by our payment processor.
All prices shown on our website include any applicable taxes. The price you see is the price you pay — no additional tax is added at checkout.
After your payment is processed, we email you an order confirmation that serves as your receipt. This message includes your order number, the items purchased, and the total amount charged. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Your card or bank statement will show a billing descriptor associated with Splurge Furniture. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank so we can help identify the order.
If your payment is declined or cannot be authorized, your order will not be processed. You may be prompted to update your payment details or use a different card. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully authorized.
We work to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors and to cancel any affected orders. If your order is cancelled for this reason after payment, you will receive a refund for that order.

We sell one-time purchases only. We do not offer subscriptions and do not set up recurring or automatic billing. You are charged only for the orders you place and confirm.
