Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Splurge Furniture prepares, ships, and delivers orders placed on splurgefurniture.com. It covers processing times, carriers, rates, delivery estimates, freight delivery for oversized furniture, tracking, and what to do if something arrives damaged. All orders are shipped within the United States and all prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Most in-stock items are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Larger furniture pieces that ship by freight may require 3–5 business days to be staged, crated, and booked with the carrier.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PT) or on weekends and holidays begin processing the next business day. During promotional periods and peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer; if we expect a notable delay on your order, we will email you.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We match the shipping method to the size and weight of each item:

  • Parcel shipping — smaller items such as wall art, accessories, and compact tables ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
  • Freight / LTL delivery — sofas, large tables, consoles, and other oversized pieces ship by freight carrier with curbside or threshold delivery, and the carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery window.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination:

The exact shipping charge for your order is always displayed at checkout before payment. All prices already include any applicable taxes, so no additional tax is added to your order.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are counted in business days after your order has shipped and are in addition to the processing time above:

Transit times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not delivery commitments. Remote ZIP codes, weather, and carrier volume can extend these windows.

5. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship by parcel only and may take additional transit time; oversized freight items may not be available to these states, and we will contact you if your order is affected. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for freight items, and we do not currently ship internationally or to U.S. territories.

6. Freight Delivery for Large Furniture

Oversized pieces ship by freight and include curbside delivery by default, which means the carrier brings your item to the curb or driveway at your address. Please note the following:

  • The freight carrier will call or email to arrange a delivery appointment, typically within a 4-hour window.
  • Someone 18 or older must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.
  • Inspect the packaging before signing. If you see visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos.
  • Curbside delivery does not include carrying items indoors or assembly. If you need additional services, contact us before your order ships so we can review available options.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we email a confirmation that includes the carrier and a tracking number. You can also follow your shipment on our Order Tracking page. For freight shipments, tracking updates less frequently than parcel shipments because delivery is scheduled directly with you.

8. Shipping Delays

Occasionally factors outside our control — severe weather, carrier disruptions, or high-volume periods — can delay a shipment. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us at Support@splurgefurniture.com and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.

9. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items

We pack every order carefully, but transit issues can happen. If your item arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you receive the wrong product:

  • Email Support@splurgefurniture.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost items).
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

10. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

11. Taxes

All prices shown on our website include any applicable taxes. The price you see is the price you pay — no additional tax is added at checkout.
