Browse our catalog, open the product page for the piece you want, and select Add to Cart. When you’re ready, go to your cart and select Checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details, review your order, and submit it. You’ll see an on-screen confirmation once the order is placed.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) processed securely through Stripe. All charges are made in U.S. dollars (USD).
Yes. Checkout is encrypted, and payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
No. All prices on our website already include any applicable taxes, so you are not charged any additional tax at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at Support@splurgefurniture.com. We process orders within 1–3 business days, so we can usually accommodate changes before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled, but you may be able to return it under our return policy.
Yes. You’ll see a confirmation on screen at checkout and receive a confirmation email shortly after. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us so we can confirm your order details.
We ship within the United States only. We’re not able to ship to international addresses at this time.
Standard shipping is a $49 flat rate. Orders of $1,300 and above ship free.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Freight items require 3–5 business days for processing. Once shipped, transit times are:
Oversized pieces such as sofas, large tables, and consoles ship by freight. The carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery window. Freight delivery is curbside, meaning the item is brought to the curb or driveway at your address. Please plan to have help available to move the item inside.
We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, though transit times to those states may be longer. Freight items cannot be delivered to PO boxes; please provide a physical street address for any oversized order.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email. You can also check the status anytime on our order tracking page.
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and original packaging.
Contact us at Support@splurgefurniture.com to request a return. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required before you send anything back. Full details are on our Return & Refund Policy page.
For items returned because they arrived damaged, defective, or were the wrong item, we cover return shipping. For other returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please report any damage or defect within 7 days of delivery. Email us at Support@splurgefurniture.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping.

Materials vary by product and may include solid and engineered wood, metal, glass, upholstery fabrics, and leather. The materials used in each piece are listed in the description on its product page.
Yes. Dimensions are listed on each product page for reference. Please measure your space and any doorways or stairwells before ordering, especially for larger pieces. Colors may vary slightly from one screen to another.
Some items arrive ready to use, while others require light assembly. When assembly is needed, instructions and any required hardware are included. Assembly details for a given piece are noted on its product page where applicable.
Care depends on the material. As general guidance: dust wood surfaces with a soft, dry cloth and avoid harsh chemicals; wipe metal and glass with a damp cloth; vacuum upholstery and blot spills promptly; and keep pieces out of prolonged direct sunlight and away from heat sources. Any specific care notes for a product are included on its product page.
