This page explains your choices regarding the sale and sharing of your personal information and how to exercise them. It applies to residents of California under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and we extend the same choices to all customers in the United States. 1. Your Right to Opt Out

California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information. Under the CCPA/CPRA, these terms are defined broadly and can include disclosing information to advertising and analytics partners so they can deliver and measure interest-based advertising across different websites (known as “cross-context behavioral advertising”).

2. Do We Sell or Share Your Information?

Splurge Furniture does not sell your personal information for money. However, like many online stores, we use third-party advertising and analytics services (such as Google) that may use cookies and similar technologies. Some of this activity may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under California law. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16 years of age.

3. How to Opt Out

You can exercise your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information in any of the following ways:

• Email us: send a request to Support@splurgefurniture.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Information.” We may need to verify your identity before completing your request.
• Manage cookies: decline non-essential cookies in our cookie/consent banner, or disable advertising cookies in your browser settings. This limits the data shared with advertising partners.
• Global Privacy Control (GPC): we honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control, sent by your browser or a browser extension. When we detect a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out for that browser and device.
• Opt out at the source: you can also adjust advertising preferences directly through Google’s Ads Settings and similar tools offered by advertising providers.

4. Authorized Agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may require written proof that the agent is authorized to act for you, and we may still need to verify your identity directly.

5. Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. You will receive the same prices, products, and level of service whether or not you opt out.
