Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This page explains how to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. It applies to residents of California under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and we extend the same choices to all customers in the United States. 1. Your Right to Opt Out

California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information. Under the CCPA/CPRA, these terms are defined broadly and can include disclosing information to advertising and analytics partners so they can deliver and measure interest-based advertising across different websites (known as “cross-context behavioral advertising”).

2. Do We Sell or Share Your Information?

Splurge Furniture does not sell your personal information for money. However, like many online stores, we use third-party advertising and analytics services (the Meta Pixel, WeTracked and Google Ads conversion tracking for ad measurement, and Jetpack for site statistics) that may use cookies and similar technologies. Some of this activity may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under California law. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16 years of age.

3. How to Opt Out

You can exercise your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information in any of these ways:

• Email us: send a request to Support@splurgefurniture.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Information.” We may need to verify your identity before completing your request.
• Use the opt-out box: turn off advertising and statistics tools on this browser with the “Opt out on this browser” box at the bottom of this page.
• Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out, and the advertising and statistics tools do not load.
• Opt out at the source: you can also adjust advertising preferences directly through Meta’s ad preferences and similar tools offered by advertising providers.

4. Authorized Agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may require written proof that the agent is authorized to act for you, and we may still need to verify your identity directly.

5. Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. You will receive the same prices, products, and level of service whether or not you opt out.
