Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number along with a link to follow your delivery. To check the status here, enter your order number and billing email below. For large furniture sent by freight, the carrier will also contact you directly to arrange your delivery window.

Haven’t received a tracking number yet? Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days (3–5 business days for large freight items). Orders placed after 5:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, start processing the next business day. If it’s been longer, email us at Support@splurgefurniture.com with your order number and we’ll look into it.
